Home insurance considers the property's location, construction, and security features. Life insurance premiums are influenced by the insured's age, health, and coverage amount. Insurers use actuarial data and statistical models to assess risks and determine the appropriate premiums, ensuring a balance between coverage and financial sustainability across these diverse insurance types.
